		<description>I tend to put things off. My problem is let my moods guide me. I&#039;m self-indulgent that way. If don&#039;t push myself hard enough to do it when I &lt;i&gt;can&lt;/i&gt;, but instead do it when I &lt;i&gt;have to&lt;/i&gt;. If I want to do it, I just do it of course. It&#039;s more fun because it&#039;s my choice. If I don&#039;t care to, I know it will be there later. It&#039;s not a good business trait I know. I see how it gets me behind in my work sometimes. This is something I am working on.</description>
