What they first saw on your presentation will stick to their minds and from there they will make judgments about your product or service. Other things I've done and I'm not sure if it would be overkill to do them all at once: coffee, tea and cookies, laptop with your website set up have people automatically enter their email for newsletters. :) Too much charm makes me run the other direction.
