What advice do you have for women who are looking to start a business?

1. Make sure that you put your time and energy into something that you love to do, otherwise it is just too much work if you are not passionate about it.
2. Learn about marketing and social networking.  Promote yourself first and your products/services will be more interesting.
3. Be true to yourself, and others will relate to you and care what happens to your business.
4. BLOG!  Learn how to promote your blog and/or combination blog and website.
5. There is so much to learn, and new stuff every day.  Be willing to learn, and learn what can help you for free – there is a lot out there on the internet!

What advice do you have for women who are frustrated with where they are in life right now?

You are not stuck, not at the end of the rope, and not at the edge of a cliff (most of the time!).  Try to relax, and listen to your inner voices (angels, guides, your higher self- whatever is in your belief system).  You know what is right for you, and what options that you have.  There are always choices and creative ways to shift and change your situation.

If you have a really hard decision, then you need love and support.  If you are feeling alone, then find a supportive group at a church or online, or through a women’s organization or a counselor.  If you are unsafe, find a women’s shelter, or call the police.

Remember, there are always options.
