What goals did you set for 2010?

Sometime in the past year I have become aware that I had the limiting belief that I was wrong/bad to want anything! So this year it is a big step in itself to allow myself to have and achieve goals.

Goals:
Personal:

To be more open and improve communication.
To better nurture my friendships.

Professional:

To know success on all levels and experience it fully as success.
To provide information, and to be know for providing information to others that assists them in decision making for auto repairs
To raise consumer awareness of Autohaus and the services we offer, while maintaining our standard s of excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction.

When someone does business with you what are some things you hope they take away from the experience?

That they were dealt with honestly and with integrity by people who do quality work and are committed to personal, friendly, and professional service. They were offered options and given information that assists them in their decisions. They have found someone in our industry they can trust.
