Leslie Flowers from North Carolina
From modern dance study, to ‘on point’ in the 50’s, musical comedy repertory actress, to performing before Burt Lancaster, singing in a 60’s SF rock band, and studying humanities, Leslie Flowers 1st registered to vote in the Peace and Freedom Party in the early 60′s at San Francisco State. Then on to escorting troops into VietNam as a flight attendant ‘so she could ‘travel the world,’ Leslie married in ‘72– moved from the Bay area to North Carolina, raised two children, garnered four grandchildren, and prepares dinner on her dream home on Swan Lake every Sunday evening for her family.
Author of more than 60 teaching pieces called “Drops of Awareness,” shared via newsletter for more than two years, and the book Kettle Dreams, an overview of mastermind study results, she speaks and trains people in the ‘how-to’s’ of personal growth, with special emphasis in the areas of emotional intelligence and self image. Leslie founded Style & Mindset in 2010, a coaching blog with featured articles on self image and wardrobe, working from the inside out … and the outside in. She is a member of the Experts Industry Association, serves on the faculty of the Ultimate Life Company, focusing on mastermind excellence,’ and is a founding board member for Growandshare.org focusing on developing sustainable community food sources.

Kymberly Williams-Evans, MA has taught fitness to more than 20,000 participants on 4 continents in 4 languages for 30 years. Her teaching career spans land, sea, and airwaves. Former faculty at University of California Santa Barbara in both the Dept of Exercise and Sports Studies and English, Kymberly has put her Master’s Degree in English to good use publishing numerous articles, co-writing the FunandFit fitness advice blog, (http://Funandfit.org), and hosting an online radio show (Fun and Fit) From teaching in the first aerobics studio on the European continent to leading group exercise classes present day in Santa Barbara, CA, she continues to lead, teach, and encourage people to reap the benefits of movement.
