Congratulations also to our other finalists

Leslie Flowers
I have known Leslie for a number of years. In the early years she was devastated by a messy divorce and had to pull herself through the emotional and financial turmoil that that brought upon her. I have watched her grow emotionally, spiritually, and financially in the last few years. She now has a good, solid job, has bought her first home on her own and is building a coaching/speaking career which has been her dream. It has not come easily to Leslie, but Leslie has been persistent and consistent in pursuing her dream, getting the right education, and building her future, one block at a time.
That is why I nominated Leslie Flowers for the Most Inspiring Boomer Woman Contest.

Shirley Mitchell
I ”met” Shirley through the social networking site, ShoutLife. Shirley is a positive encourager and inspiration. I love and admire her upbeat attitude and outlook. Her enthusiasm for life is contagious. To be honest, I’m amazed when I read her credentials how approachable and down to earth she is. I’m very honored to know and nominated her.
Thank you,

Debra Shiveley Welch
I’ve known Debra for about a year. She has always been very supportive of me and my ambition to write. I read her book at that time and her love for her adopted son warmed my heart. She is a very talented writer of both prose and poetry, and as a published author, she doesn’t need to help out fans and other aspiring writers, yet she chooses to be there for us all.
